Seminars, webinars, online, and self-study courses all teach to the same content and contain sample exam questions. The only difference is in how much of the learning is done on your own versus with an instructor.
For students that prefer instructor help, the next best option is the 'Live Online' option, as instructors teach, but online instead of in-person. The benefit of this option is that it is a) less expensive, and b) the training sessions are recorded so you can replay the training as much as needed. Whichever option you choose, good luck on your exam!
