Barbara Thompson Barbara is a seasoned HR executive and certified executive coach with over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries including e-commerce, software and medical devices.

Her experience includes being the top HR executive on the senior leadership team for a number of high profile organizations in the Pacific Northwest, several of whom were start-up organizations that experienced high growth. Her experience at both Cardiac Science and Expedia has also given her invaluable experience with a global workforce, an increasingly important element for many organizations.

Barbara’s clients know she brings savvy business acumen and the ability to develop strong, trusting relationships with her clients at all levels of the organization. This has been particularly important in her work as HR “turnaround” specialist, where Barbara often serves as the Interim HR Leader until a new leader can be identified. Barbara is extremely adept at coaching senior leaders through large-scale organizational changes including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, downsizing, and other high-impact changes.
