Eric Hansum

Eric Hansum’s practice includes employment litigation and counseling. He handles claims under Texas’ state and federal anti-discrimination statutes as well as various other employment laws such as the FLSA and FMLA. He has been recognized as a Texas Rising Star in employment litigation from 2011-2015 and has achieved an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Moreover, Mr. Hansum is board certified in employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He received his law degree from the University of Texas and graduated cum laude from Trinity University.
