The SAFE Act establishes minimum standards for the registration and licensing of mortgage originators and loan officers, as well as requiring a national database to keep track of all these same people.
The 20 hours of SAFE education is nationally required by all states, and this course meets those requirements.

This is the core course mandated by the federal government, and is approved by the NMLS. This course will satisfy the requirements set forth by the state and NMLS.
In addition to your required training, this course includes text materials and a Certificate of Completion. Note: The NMLS fee of $30.00 is included in your enrollment fee.
