This results in no application process and no fees. Also, no physical office is required for those doing business in the state.
Although Alaska does not have a Mortgage Broker License, Mortgage Brokers and mortgage lenders from other states who wish to do business in Alaska must register with the Department of Commerce..
Also, a business license may be required for certain mortgage brokering activities in Alaska.
